Job Information - Plant Details

If you have the Micronet Plant + Maintenance (MPM) module installed as part of MJC, and you have selected an item of plant or equipment to be used on the job in the Plant No field on the Job Information screen, use this option to display or enter location and other details for that item.

  1. Display the Job Information screen.

Refer to "Maintaining the Service Job Header".

  1. Select PLANT DETAILS.

Micronet displays the Plant Details screen.

  1. Complete the following fields:

Location

Micronet displays the plant item's location. You can change this if required.

 

Position

Micronet displays the plant item's position if applicable. You can change this if required.

 

Barcode

Micronet displays the plant item's barcode if applicable. You can change this if required.

 

 

Technical Tip

Any information you enter on this screen is only saved for this job; it does not update the item in the Plant master file (refer to "Plant + Maintenance - Plant Entry").

  1. When you have finished viewing or updating the plant details, select the Accept button.

Micronet saves any changes you have made then redisplays the Job Information screen.
